Daro’s Under gravel Filter operates by gently drawing water down through the gravel/substrate under the tray and expelling it near the surface.

The surface area of the substrate acts as your biological filter base. You should incorporate an air pump and air stones or even a powerhead with your Under Gravel Filter.

Regularly clean the gravel with a Siphon Gravel Cleaner.
